Transforming Lions Park Together

Zionsville Lions Park has been a beloved gathering place for people of all ages for over 85 years. Annually, more than 100,000 visitors come to play, celebrate and connect in its welcoming spaces. Lions Park, Inc. is privately owned and maintained by Zionsville Lions Club and has been home to Zionsville Little League for nearly 75 years.

Zionsville Lions Park, Inc., with the help of Greg and Kim Storen, purchased an additional 5 acres to expand park amenities, which will include a Great Lawn for multi-group use with several small, landscaped areas for relaxation and reflection; a nature playscape for children; tiered hillside seating for socializing and watching games and fireworks; a much-needed storage facility; and the completed refresh of the shelter house. Additional park amenities are planned for future phases.

Additional information on the vision is available here.

To properly maintain the park into the future, the $2.6 million campaign includes a $1 million goal for endowed legacy funding. This fund has been set up at the Community Foundation of Boone County.
