Please note:
No items can be removed from walls of clubhouse or any items attached to walls with nails, tacks, staples, etc. without risking the loss of all or part of the rental deposit.
Tables or chairs from inside the clubhouse cannot be used on the balcony.
Four Easy Steps To Submit Your Request
Step 1 – Select an available date for your event in the booking bar below and select continue.
Step 2 – Complete the information requested on the form below the calendar and accept the rental terms and conditions.
Step 3 – Once you click submit your date request will be sent to our Rental Chairperson.
Step 4 – You will be redirected to PayPal. Please make your $100 deposit along with the $950 rental fee ($1050 total) to the Zionsville Lions Club via PayPal. After your payment is received, you will be redirected to your confirmation.
If you need to cancel, please advise the rental committee in advance of your rental date in order to receive the refund.
